Terms of service

These terms cover your use of cherryfeed.com and everything you buy here. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Cherry Feed is a shop operated by Cherry Feed Studio, which designs and supplies the templates. Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and sales tax, and appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement. Billing questions can go to Paddle or to hello@cherryfeed.com — either reaches us.

Your bank or card statement will show the charge as PADDLE.NET* CHERRYFEED, not as Cherry Feed. If a line on your statement looks unfamiliar, that is what it is — email hello@cherryfeed.com before disputing it and we will sort it out the same day.

What you are buying

Digital template sets delivered as Canva template links. Nothing is shipped physically. You need a Canva account, free or paid, to use them.

Delivery

Access is immediate. After payment clears you are shown your template links and the same permanent access link is emailed to you. If either fails, email hello@cherryfeed.com and we will deliver manually the same day.

Licence

What you may and may not do with the templates is set out in the licence. In short: edit them for your brand or one client brand, never resell or redistribute the templates themselves.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your access link publicly or with other people.
• Do not attempt to scrape, resell or republish the template designs.
• Do not use the templates for anything illegal, hateful or deceptive.

We may revoke access without refund if an access link is shared publicly or the templates are resold.

Availability

We aim to keep the shop and access links online continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a Canva link ever breaks, we replace it at no cost.

Liability

The templates are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.
