Licence

Buying a template set gives you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use it under the terms below. You do not buy the copyright — that stays with Cherry Feed.

You may

• Use the templates for your own brand, or for one client brand per purchase.
• Edit anything: colours, fonts, photos, layout, copy.
• Publish the results on any platform, including paid advertising.
• Use them commercially, with no limit on how many posts you make.

You may not

• Resell, license, gift or redistribute the templates themselves.
• Share your access link or the Canva links with anyone else.
• Sell the designs as your own templates, presets or products.
• Upload them to template marketplaces, stock sites or asset bundles.
• Use them in a logo or any mark you intend to register as a trademark.

Working with clients

One purchase covers one client brand. If you design for several clients, buy one licence per client. Agencies serving more than five brands should email hello@cherryfeed.com for an extended licence.

If the licence is broken

Sharing or reselling ends the licence immediately and access is revoked without refund. We keep dated authorship records for every design and we do enforce them.
